Boutique Consulting Firm located in Union, has an opportunity for a
Manager and/or Director Level. Will be working 100% remote for
foreseeable future!!Responsibilities: - Manage existing client
relationships and pursue new client opportunities- Review of
financial statements and other SEC filings- Oversee the design and
implementation of business process improvement initiatives- Lead
engagements advising market-leading clients on complex mergers and
acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offering readiness,
interim management, and various technical accounting matters-
Participate in various strategic initiatives to facilitate the
continued growth of the Firm and assist with recruiting- Develop
financial models, forecasts, and related analysesJob
Requirements:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in
accounting; advanced degree preferred (CPA or MBA). Must have 8+
years of public accounting, Ideally out of the Big 4 with auditing,
and/or accounting advisory experience. Strong technical skills and
expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting needed.Robert Half
