Job Description:
At Genworth Financial, Inc., a leader in financial security and
insurance services, we are seeking a meticulous and
forward-thinking Investments Data Management Analyst to join our
Data Science & AI department. This role is central to enhancing our
investment strategies by providing accurate, timely, and actionable
data insights. The ideal candidate will manage and analyze vast
amounts of investment data to support decision-making processes
that secure long-term financial safety for our clients. Implement
and manage tools and systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing
large sets of investment data. Collaborate with investment and
finance teams to understand data needs and deliver precise data
solutions. Develop and maintain data governance and integrity
across multiple data platforms to ensure accessibility, accuracy,
and security of data. Generate regular reports and custom reports
for stakeholders, highlighting trends, forecasts, and investment
opportunities. Apply quantitative techniques to solve problems and
increase profitability. Stay updated with industry trends and
advancements in technology and methodologies in data management and
analysis. Strong proficiency in database management software and
SQL. Experienced in data analysis and visualization tools such as
Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge in programming languages like Python
or R. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving
skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Medical
