Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Senior
Controller that will bring their expertise to our team and help us
grow to become the 1 Ramp Company in the World. The Senior
Controller is a strategic and hands-on financial leader responsible
for building scalable accounting processes, strengthening internal
controls, and driving operational financial performance within a
growing manufacturing organization. This role will focus heavily on
establishing strong financial discipline in the first 12 months,
including process standardization, compliance rigor, KPI
visibility, and cross-functional partnership with Operations,
Supply Chain, and Sales. . Key attributes we admire: - Confidence

problem-solving Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership &
Strategy - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive
team. - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with
accuracy and timeliness. - Develop financial reporting that
translates operational performance into actionable insights. -
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Establish performance metrics within the finance function.
Strengthen Financial Controls & Governance - Evaluate and upgrade
internal control framework. - Document and standardize accounting
policies and procedures. - Ensure GAAP compliance and audit
readiness. - Improve segregation of duties and approval workflows.
- Lead external audit and tax coordination. Inventory & Cost
Accounting Rigor - Strengthen standard costing and variance
analysis. - Improve inventory accuracy and cycle count processes. -
Align physical inventory procedures with financial reporting. -
Validate BOM accuracy and labor/overhead allocations. - Monitor
excess and obsolete inventory reserves. Cash Flow & Working Capital
Optimization - Improve AR and AP processes. - Implement structured
cash forecasting. - Monitor working capital drivers. - Establish
clear capital expenditure approval process. Systems & Process
Improvement - Optimize ERP utilization (manufacturing modules, cost
accounting, inventory controls). - Drive automation in reporting
and reconciliations. - Implement dashboard tools for real-time KPI
visibility for all departments. - Improve integration between
Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. - Implement standardized
financial reporting packages for leadership Risk Management and
Business Insurance - Oversee all corporate insurance programs
including general liability, property, product liability, auto,
umbrella, and any other applicable coverages. - Lead annual policy
renewals, coverage evaluations, and cost negotiations to ensure
competitive rates and appropriate risk protection. - Ensure
compliance with contractual insurance requirements from customers
and vendors. - Proactively identify operational risks and implement
controls to minimize exposure across manufacturing, warehouse, and
logistics functions. Key Metrics - Gross Margin % - EBITDA - Net

Turns/Accuracy - Cash Conversion Cycle Qualifications - Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. - 8–12
years of progressive accounting experience at a Manufacturing
business - Industry-Specific Knowledge: Expertise in cost
accounting, inventory management, and plant performance analysis is
crucial. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling,
data analysis, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools - Strong
knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and budgeting processes. -
Proven experience managing audits, financial reporting, and
internal controls. - Excellent analytical, communication, and
leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast?paced environment

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site), 4 days a week. Salary: The
salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is
$150,000 $175,000 per year, plus incentives. The final salary will
be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Ready to
