Job Description Job Description Customer Service Representative Location: Princeton, NJ (100% Onsite) Type: Contract About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative . This role is fully onsite and involves managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner. Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email systems).
