Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential
support to K-12 special education students as a bilingual Special
Education Teacher or School Psychologist. Serving as a key resource
for current caseloads of approximately 50 students, you will work
collaboratively with teachers and psychologists to enhance
educational outcomes. The position spans a contract period from
January 21, 2026, through June 17, 2026, allowing for flexible
scheduling between 6.5 to 32.5 hours per week across 1 to 5 days.
Qualifications and Experience: Connecticut Educator Certificate
with a Comprehensive Special Education endorsement, issued by the
Connecticut State Department of Education, OR Connecticut Educator
Certificate with a School Psychologist endorsement (070) under the
special services category Bilingual proficiency required to
effectively support diverse student populations Experience
supporting special education caseloads and collaborating within
educational teams Location: Stamford, Connecticut Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct support to students on special
education caseloads, serving approximately 50 individuals
Collaborate with teachers and psychologists to develop and
implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Support
assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring tailored to
student needs Communicate effectively with students, families, and
school personnel to foster an inclusive learning environment Assist
in managing and organizing documentation related to special
