Job Title: CAD Administrator - Owner Solutions Department
Location: Camden, NJ
Job Type: Temporary1 Year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 per hour

About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented CAD Administrator to support a fast-paced Owner Solutions department. This team handles high-priority and high-risk vehicle arbitration and accident cases. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of working efficiently to meet tight deadlines with absolute accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact automotive retailers via phone and email to gather and confirm repair orders.
• Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Transpose vehicle repair data into spreadsheets in chronological order.
• Ensure all data entry is error-free, as documents may be subject to legal review.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy - no room for mistakes.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Comfortable using a laptop, multiple screens, and entering data into spreadsheets.
  • Prior experience in administrative, legal, or claims-related roles is a plus.
