COOKING EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN WITH 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Day
& Nite is hiring skilled elite-level Cooking Equipment Technicians
with 5 years of experience with mastery in servicing commercial
kitchen equipmentfrom gas and steam to advanced electric units.
This role offers a clear path for technical growth and professional
development. Technicians will work in the field, supporting clients
in the foodservice industry with expert-level repair, maintenance,
and customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: \tIndependently
diagnose and repair high-end electric kitchen equipment: combi
ovens, pressure fryers, dishwashers, mixers, and rapid ovens
\tTroubleshoot and repair advanced electric control systems \tWork
under CFESA Electric Certification \tLead system installations and
commissioning of new units \tServe as a field trainer and mentor
for technicians across all levels \tHandle escalated service calls
and deliver expert-level client support Qualifications: \tCFESA
Electric Certification required (or ability to obtain) \t5 years of
high-level technical experience in commercial food equipment
\tLeadership, training, and advanced diagnostic capabilities
required Must-Haves: \tPositive attitude, highly organized and
energetic \tValid drivers license with good driving record \tMust
pass company drug test and background check \tGood personal
appearance and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds \tEngaging
