is a family-owned fire and water damage restoration company based
in Ronkonkoma, NY. We proudly serve clients across Nassau, Suffolk,
Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Westchester. Were looking for an
experienced, hands-on Lead Technician to join our team and help us
continue delivering top-quality service to our customers. What
Youll Do: Handle fire, water, and mold restoration tasks from start
to finish Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers,
dehumidifiers, etc.) Perform demolition, debris removal, and site
cleanup Take moisture readings and document progress Use mobile
apps to track jobs, take photos, and maintain accurate logs Follow
IICRC standards and safety procedures What Were Looking For: 2
years of experience in fire/water/mold restoration IICRC
certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.) strongly preferred
Comfortable using restoration software like MICA, CompanyCam, or
similar Tech-savvy and confident using mobile devices and apps
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Able to lift
50 lbs and work in tight or challenging spaces Clean and valid
drivers license Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, or
on-call shifts Must be able to travel to job sites throughout our
