Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a skilled
Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on the
development and maintenance of energy infrastructures. In this
role, you will be integral in designing structures that support our
mission of delivering reliable energy solutions across various
sectors. Your expertise will help us innovate and implement
structural components that are efficient, robust, and sustainable,
keeping safety and compliance at the forefront of all projects.
Design structures for utility facilities, ensuring compliance with
industry standards and safety regulations Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to develop project specifications and design
requirements Perform and supervise site analyses and material
testing procedures Prepare documentation, including design drawings
and structural assessments Oversee the installation, operation, and
maintenance of structural systems Utilize computer-aided design
(CAD) software and BIM tools for structure modeling Ensure all
projects adhere to environmental and building codes Proficiency in
CAD and BIM software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Understanding of dynamic and static loading Knowledge of
construction methods and safety practices Ability to work with
geotechnical engineering principles Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PE license (Professional Engineer)
Certification from Structural Engineering Certification Board
(SECB) preferred
