The Associate Director of Digital & Brand Corporate Communications is an experienced, creative and motivated individual who will develop and execute best in class digital and social media content development, publishing, monitoring and engaging across our global company owned channels (i.e., Organon.com, global websites, campaign websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns and others as needed). In addition, will work closely with the Director of Brand & Digital to continue building equity and enforcing proper use of the corporate brand.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Lead the digital strategy, content and operations of our Company's corporate and global websites.

* Manage, create, edit and flight digital content across channels and multimedia formats, including articles, videos and podcasts.

* Partner on the refresh of the current corporate website.

* Lead website user experience and optimize taxonomy and site information architecture.

* Measure digital strategies and report on data analytics.

* Manage a content management system.

* Partner with Business Technology to drive website requirements, troubleshoot issues and lead upgrades.

* Provide support to increase follower growth on social media channels.

* Lead marketing above-brand digital campaigns.

* Day-to-day strategic content planning and coordination with diverse business stakeholders.

* Paid media knowledge and leadership through planning and oversight for content and ad unit strategy, and budget management partnering with media buying agency of record.

* Independent leadership with global network of our Company's stakeholders and content creators, demonstrating knowledge and coordinating across markets on best practices and legal/compliance operations, as well as serving as Headquarters digital point of contact.

* Ability to work within company's legal and compliance policies and lead legal reviews.

* Independently prepared for and use of crisis management, as needed.

* Refresh corporate brand resource guidelines as needed and maintain the brand resource center sharepoint.

* Support corporate brand activities, such as conferences, and provide guidance on proper usage of the brand.

Education Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree.

Required Experience and Skills:

* Minimum 7 years with social and digital marketing.

* Production design for website within modular design system.

* Background in user experience.

* Ability to drive digital marketing campaigns.

* Planning, strategizing and managing content for publishing across multiple digital channels.

* Paid social media planning and ad units by platform.

* Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment .

* Successfully working on multiple projects at one time.

* Agency partnership and management.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

* Production/graphic design and video editing capabilities.

* Proficient copy writing and editorial.

* Ability to thrive under tight timelines, when needed.

* Comfortable working in highly matrixed environment of multiple teams and agencies.

* Proven communication and project planning.
