Job Description:

  • Work with all functional business areas to develop and maintain a corporate wide BCP program that addresses business recovery and emergency response management.
    • Liaise with BCP coordinators & key infrastructure teams to develop effective relationships, documented BCP plans & convey needs/expectations.
    • Hold business plans to Enterprise BCP goals & challenges leaders on identification of critical functions & needs.
    • Align CLO, CIO and CISO requirements in structuring comprehensive Zelis Business Continuity System
    • Incorporate Zelis India and Zelis US BCP processes into OneZelis BCMS
    • Develop, propose and implement OneZelis BCMS maturity [measure/baseline/improve/optimize]
    • Maintain and update OneZelis BCMS Competency Center
    • Document and promote enterprise-wide BCMS adoption through collaboration with Knowledge Management [KM], Organizational Change Management [OCM], Information Security [InfoSec], Legal and Learning & Development [L&D] and other related functions
    • Automate BCMS process and standardize OneZelis BCMS templates
    • Lead, facilitate, & support execution of plan navigation
    • Prepare & present reports, & recommendations to senior & executive levels on the BCP's status
    • Manage effective communication & protocols to ensure timely & accurate distribution of information during crises
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the development & testing of business continuity & recovery plans for critical functions & systems
    • Coordinate & facilitate ongoing training & awareness programs to enhance preparedness & response capabilities
    • Monitor & evaluate trends, technologies, & regulatory changes related to business continuity management, & make recommendations for enhancements, as necessary
    • Serve as guidance & support point of contact to internal stakeholders during crisis & disruptionExplicit Requirements:

      • Ability to travel - 20%Preferred Qualifications
        • Certified Continuity Planner
        • Expected: Industry certification in one or more of the following: BCI, PMI, SAFe, CCSA, CISA, CA, CCSP, ISC, ITIL, ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, etc.
        • Knowledge of technology & business concepts, life cycles & processes
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Self-starter with the ability to work with a great degree of autonomy.
        • Experience in conducting risk assessments & business impact analyses.
        • Familiarity with regulatory requirements & compliance frameworks related to BCM.
        • Experience in leading & facilitating crisis management exercises & simulations.
