Vice President, Financial Crime Controls with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Develop, recommend, and implement processes and controls to ensure firm and/or business unit compliance with anti-money laundering rules and regulations. Key member of the Financial Crime Compliance Transaction Monitoring team engaged in monitoring and overseeing testing of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering rules to effectively fight financial crime. Requires: bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related Financial Crime Controls role or master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related Financial Crime Controls role; prior experience must include five (5) years with a bachelor's degree or two (2) years with a master's degree with the following: implementing standards, procedures, and rules per Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering laws and regulations to identify and flag suspicious activities; identifying red flags and grouping them into typologies to create logical scenarios to catch suspicious activities; collate large volumes of data and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis using dashboards such as Tableau, Database SQL, and other analytical dashboards; understanding transactional product data elements critical to the financial instrument and the associated data quality monitoring; record-keeping and documentation of findings, analysis, as well as creating Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification Documents; implementing various field level and reconciliation tests, improving KPIs, and providing timely summary metrics. Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $160,000 - $225,000.
