homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, the provision of
lifesaving services, and entrepreneurial businesses that sustain
our efforts.
Job candidates should be aware that scammers may pose as employers
and create fake job postings to extract personal information for
financial gain. Housing Works will never ask for personal
information such as social security numbers or bank details over
the phone. If you suspect a job posting is fake or want to verify
its authenticity, please contact us at
recruitment@housingworks.org.
Founded in 1990, Housing Works has a long-standing commitment to
AIDS advocacy. We established New York State's first harm
reduction-based, OASAS-licensed outpatient drug treatment program.
Our services include Health Home care management, behavioral
health, and syringe exchange programs. We are also pioneers in
social entrepreneurship, operating 10 high-end thrift shops in
Manhattan and Brooklyn, and a popular Bookstore Cafe in Soho. For
more information, visit www.housingworks.org.
Housing Works advocates for funding and legislation to ensure
access to quality housing, healthcare, HIV prevention, and
treatment for all people living with HIV/AIDS.
Benefits: We offer three comprehensive healthcare plans, with most

based on salary. Staff accrue PTO immediately, up to 30 days in the
first year. We also provide educational benefits, including tuition
reimbursement and textbooks.
Housing Works is an equal opportunity employer. We do not
discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin,
age, disability, or genetics. We also do not request prior salary
information during hiring. This policy applies to all employment
terms and conditions.
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with
experience.

state, and city funders, ensuring compliance and staff development.
Collaboration with other departments supports Housing Works' Ending
the Epidemic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
