VP/Director, FP&A Advanced AnalyticsOneMain is the largest

the VP/Director FP&A Advanced Analytics will be responsible for
the development and execution of an evolving strategy to utilize
data to deliver insight into current and future financial
performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership in terms of data analysis,
specifically related to how internal operational data and external
macroeconomic data can be used to inform expectations of financial
performance. This will be informed by a strong understanding of
both consumer financial services products and FP&A
processes/deliverables
- Deliver insights and strategic updates through executive level
presentations
- Work with the Finance leadership team to define how financial
forecasting and data platforms should integrate with each other to
streamline financial analysis processes
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our corporate data
structure and implement a strategy for making it available in tools
used by the Finance team, with an emphasis on building strong
relationships with data partners across the organization
- Develop a roadmap to drive enhanced automation of Finance team
deliverables, and assist team members in rolling out solutions
- Play a lead role in developing and testing AI solutions,
specifically as it pertains to use cases supporting financial
forecasting activities
- Assist with ad-hoc FP&A analysis and
deliverablesCompetencies:

- Ability to build scalable analysis that utilizes the
appropriate level of detail
- Proven track record of leadership in Financial Analysis and
Data Analytics; ability to identify analysis that would contribute
to strategic priorities, source the relevant data sets, deliver
insights at the executive level, and establish scalable processes
for monitoring trends
- Advanced problem solving and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and on multiple
projects simultaneously while adjusting priorities to business
need
- Maintain relationships with cross functional and business
partners to ensure quality deliverablesQualifications:
- 10+ years experience in FP&A with experience building out
data architecture to support finance activities
- 5+ years experience in project management of finance
transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top-tier university a
plus
- Significant experience in OneStream, Power BI, Snowflake,
Workday (though not all required)
- Strong understanding of accounting & financial reporting
- Strong understanding of consumer financial services products,
their underlying economics, and consumer behavior and needs
- Advanced ability to communicate results of analysis at an
executive level, making the complex simple
- Experience in AI, Machine Learning, and predictive modeling
preferred (but not required)
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite of products,
specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to interact and communicate, collaborate,
influence, and partner effectively with all levels of the
organizationLocation: New York City, NY - Hybrid scheduleTarget
base salary range is $140k - 190k which is based on various factors
including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary,
this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that
