This role requires a dedicated professional withNICU and ICU RN experienceto provide exceptional care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities: - Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns in theNeonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams - Utilize advanced neonatal care techniques to support infants with complex medical needs - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols - Educate and support families during their NICU experience Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) license(New Jersey) - NICU and ICU RN experience required - BLS (AHA) certification required - NRP certification required - Recent acute, in-hospital experience preferred Recent acute, in-hospital experience preferred.
