shifts Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed Estimated Weekly Salary:
$2100–$2250 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey Minimum 1 year of
recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience BLS certification
(required) CNOR certification (preferred for perioperative nurses)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associate's or
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) OR RN Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments throughout the
perioperative continuum (pediatric to geriatric) Deliver direct and
safe nursing care during surgical procedures, supporting patient
safety and positive outcomes Demonstrate proficiency with emergency
equipment and perioperative protocols Maintain accurate
documentation of patient care, surgical interventions, and progress
Foster a positive, patient-centered environment and collaborate
with the multidisciplinary healthcare team Adhere to National
Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocols, ensuring proper
patient identification and safety practices Individualize care
based on surgical procedure, anesthesia type, and patient needs
Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, pre- and
post-operative care, and recovery expectations Support Pre
Admission Testing (PAT) by evaluating orders and ensuring timely
