Weekly Salary Range: $1780–$1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications -
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey - BLS
certification (required for all nursing jobs) - Minimum 1 year of
recent Med/Surg nursing experience - Graduate of an accredited
School of Nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive patient
assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations -
Deliver direct patient care and demonstrate strong clinical skills
in a medical-surgical setting - Maintain accurate and thorough
clinical documentation per healthcare guidelines - Communicate
effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary
healthcare teams - Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and
implement safe patient transfer techniques - Customize patient care
for various surgical procedures and anesthesia types - Collaborate
with the perioperative team to prioritize patient care - Provide
patient education and perform pre-operative and post-operative
assessments - Support completion of patient testing and evaluate
