Job Description Job Description Night Shift Respiratory Therapist Overview: The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering direct patient care by administering respiratory treatments and collaborating with physicians to assess the effectiveness of therapies. This position necessitates appropriate licensure and certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care and involves working during night hours in a hospital environment. This role involves providing direct patient care across all facets of respiratory therapy, following physician directives. You will also consult with physicians regarding the effectiveness of treatments and serve as a knowledgeable resource for both physicians and nursing staff on respiratory care matters. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed. Position Highlights: Receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Respiratory Therapists at our facility. Up to $20,000 in Loan Forgiveness Available! Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: This program offers financial assistance to our Respiratory team members in eligible 24/7 hospital positions who work at least 32 hours per pay period. Monthly payments of up to $370 will be made directly to the loan servicer, with a lifetime maximum of $20,000 . Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with successful completion of a program recognized by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Licensure: Must be licensed by the Missouri Board for Respiratory Care. Experience: No prior experience is necessary. Certification/Registration: Must be registered as a therapist with the National Board for Respiratory Care. Additional Skills & Knowledge: BLS/CPR certification from an American Heart Association approved course is required. Why Choose Us?
