The RN will scrub for neuro or ortho procedures and has preferred experience in vascular and robotic surgeries. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Perform thorough assessments across all stages of growth and development, delivering patient care appropriately. /n - Consistently demonstrate clinical skills and provide direct patient care in line with the unit’s protocols. /n - Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient care and progress. /n - Exhibit professionalism by adhering to policies and identifying areas for growth. /n - Respond to patients and families in a courteous and positive manner, promoting patient satisfaction. /n - Follow National Patient Safety Goals and utilize safe transfer techniques. /n - Demonstrate knowledge of specific conditions, procedures, and equipment related to surgical patients. /n - Contribute to the perioperative team by prioritizing patient care based on needs. /n - Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and ensure comprehension. /n - Support timely completion of patient testing and evaluate Pre Admission Testing orders. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - 1 year of nursing experience required. /n - BLS certification required. /n - Current RN license required. /n - CNOR certification preferred. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
