Performing comprehensive patient care, including assessments and vital sign monitoring. Drawing blood and performing other specialized procedures. Collaborating with the healthcare team, including nurses, physicians, and neonatal nurse practitioners. Organizing, assigning, and supervising duties and responsibilities of other staff members as a team leader. Sharing expertise and knowledge with coworkers and peers.
