We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to provide on-site outpatient mental health services in Pennsylvania. What You Will Do: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and re-evaluations for adult patients with complex mental health needs Manage and optimize medication plans to ensure the best patient outcomes Facilitate internal therapy referrals as necessary Provide on-site coverage one day per week, with the specific day determined by you, maintaining consistency week to week Required Skills: Valid medical license to practice psychiatry in Pennsylvania Experience in outpatient mental health settings working with adult populations Strong assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have Skills: Board certification in Psychiatry Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Familiarity with state and federal mental health regulations Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric outpatient practice experience Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) Other Requirements: Flexibility to select and maintain a consistent weekly workday Willingness to adhere to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding healthcare and confidentiality Ability to travel to the clinic location as needed This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $0.00 and is ideal for professionals committed to delivering quality mental health care in a flexible, supportive environment.
