Job Description:
St. James Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our
dedicated healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will be
instrumental in providing high-quality nursing care and support to
our patients, ensuring their comfort and aiding in their optimal
recovery. Our center is committed to personalized patient care, and
we strive for excellence in every service provided within our
dynamic and supportive environment. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer prescribed
medications and treatments in compliance with approved nursing
protocols. Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, and other basic
care as needed. Collaborate with registered nurses to create care
plans. Collect samples for lab tests as ordered. Educate patients
and their families on treatment plans and preventative care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and records accurately. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a high
degree of accuracy Ability to work cooperatively in a team
environment Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical software
