Job Description Job Description The primary responsibility of the Resident Advisor is to motivate residents to develop and make use of their own potential for meeting social, health, emotional and economic problems. A secondary responsibility is to select constructive activities or situations suited to the resident’s specific physical and emotional needs, and guides resident in activities, individually or in groups, making adjustments in the program in accordance with resident’s progress. We currently offer full or part time positions. Qualifications: High School Diploma, previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness and active driver license. Penndel Mental Health Center is a non profit community based mental health agency located in Langhorne. We are seeking candidates to join our team of professionals who are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or drug and alcohol addiction. Our focus is to foster a culture of collaboration, respect and personal growth. $1,000 bonus paid at completion of 90 days employment.
