Job Description:

The Grand Healthcare System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Queens, New York. As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and make a difference in the lives of our patients. Your role is crucial in helping patients with daily activities and ensuring their rehabilitation journey is comfortable and dignified. Assist nursing staff with basic care needs, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients. Monitor and report changes in patient health status and vital signs. Maintain patient hygiene and comfort throughout the day. Ensure effective communication between healthcare professionals and patients. Facilitate patient mobility and assist with physical therapy exercises. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe environment. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong observational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow set rules and protocols High level of physical fitness and strength Capability to manage stress and adapt to fast-paced environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant certification (CNA) required CPR and First Aid certification preferred
