Job Description:

The Grand Healthcare System, located in Queens, New York, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Our facility is committed to providing the highest level of rehabilitative and nursing care to our patients, all within a supportive and rewarding work environment. The ideal candidate will assist in daily patient care and ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients. Provide patients with daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and exercising. Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, and needs to supervising registered nurse or doctor. Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses. Maintain a clean and healthy environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards. Physical ability to lift and assist patients. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid CNA certification registered in the state of New York. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
