Job Description:
Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown,
is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team! Our
Resident Assistants (RCAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for
person-directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’
interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their
independence and participation by providing exemplary care to
residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living,
to recreational activities. You would help create a safe
environment in which to provide resident care. Schedule: Every
other weekend Shift: 3p-11p or 11p-7a Pay: $16.50-$17.00 To be
successful in the role, you would have: A desire to have a positive
impact in the lives of older adults Prior CNA or caregiving
