Growing Abilities Duties of this position include: Conducts
accurate and thorough client/student examinations in the hospital
or education environment using departmental format. Identifies
Physical Therapy Diagnosis and Prognosis to direct appropriate plan
of care for each client/student. Implements effective Procedural
(Direct) Interventions for each client/student based on the results
of the assessment process. Provides coordination, communication and
documentation to support the client/students functional outcome(s)
and program needs. Performs client/student related instruction to
support the client/students functional outcome(s) and program
needs. Provides consultative services within the organization
and/or to outside agencies regarding environmental and/or service
provision issues. Participates in educational programs intended to
enhance the knowledge, skills and competencies of others. Performs
transdisciplinary roles to optimize client/students carryover of
functional outcome(s) and program needs. Participates in department
duties and responsibilities necessary to provide effective and
efficient services. Participates in training and studies to enhance
knowledge base in the specialty practice of Pediatrics and
Developmental Disabilities. For Full Time employees, Matheny offers

position is $79,059.00 - $95,762.00 annually. Salary ranges shown

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an
accredited college or university required. Minimum of 3 years
clinical experience required. Licensure/Certifications: New Jersey
