Job Description:
Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a
dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This
role is pivotal in providing top-notch nursing care tailored to the
individual needs of our residents. You will work closely with a
team of skilled professionals to administer medications, monitor
patient health, and contribute to a supportive environment that
prioritizes rehabilitation and long-term health solutions. Monitor,
record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Maintain accurate health care records and reports. Administer
nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case
management. Supervise nursing and healthcare personnel. Proficiency
in medication administration Excellent patient management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a
high level of confidentiality Capability to work under stress
during emergencies Comprehensive knowledge of infection control
protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license CPR certified preferred Any
additional certifications in healthcare or gerontology are
beneficial
