Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Location: Bronx, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,429 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, COVID Vaccine Required Must-Have: Experience with critically ill or surgical pediatric patients Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The unit has 26 beds and typically maintains nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2. Candidates must possess a valid nursing license and required certifications including BLS and PALS. Experience with critically ill or surgical pediatric patients is a requirement for this role. Weekend work is required every other week, along with holiday coverage. Unit and department specific orientation will be provided. The environment is traveler-friendly and extensions of assignments often occur. Cancellation policy requires a written notice 14 days in advance. Charting is performed using an electronic system.
