Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program
accredited by CAPTE or an equivalent accrediting body. Active New
Jersey Physical Therapy license is required to start the
assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is
required. Minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience
treating adults in post-acute or long-term care environments is
preferred. Demonstrated competency with documentation systems and
electronic medical records; experience with common SNF
documentation and MDS-related workflows is preferred. Assignment

Shift Details: Days 0830-1630 Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week,
eight-hour shifts) Assignment Length: 13 weeks (contract weeks
