Job Description:
Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited
division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a
leading provider of mental health and addiction services in
Northern New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Substance
Abuse Counselor for our Mount Carmel Guild Substance Use program in
Cranford, NJ. JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide substance use counseling to
clients in the substance use program level 1 and level 2.1 ,
document progress notes on all groups in electronic health record.
Implement evidenced based modalities to assist clients in their
recovery .Complete treatment plans, and other documentation
according to agency standards,. Admit clients using NJSAMS.
Collecting weekly UDS All work is under the supervision of an
LCADC. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Valid LCADC or CADC license required Visit
