Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist with recruitment process and onboarding Assist with benefits administration, including processing unemployment and worker's compensation administration Help to resolve escalated Human Resources directed issues Work as a liaison between operations and Human Resources department and Assist with payroll discrepancies Requirements Must have Human Resources experience Associate degree or higher strongly preferred Must possess the ability to be a multi-tasker Attention to detail and be highly organized as well as a natural relationship builder Must be customer service oriented and people friendly Must have excellent communication skills- written and verbal Compensation: $23+/ per hour- depending on experience, medical, dental, vision, 401k, Company paid life insurance
