Full Time In-House Recruiter - 866 A growing company healthcare
company is looking for a full-time in-house recruiter to join their
team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for
technical roles, as well as a strong understanding of the hiring
process. Responsibilities Include: Market open positions Source and
screen candidates for open positions Conduct phone interviews and
in-person interviews Negotiate offers and close candidates Track
and report on the hiring process Ideal Qualifications: Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office
