Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the overall management of Kean's online and hybrid course development, rollout, execution, completion & analytics; acting as liaison with the Office of Computer and Information Services (OCIS) on Learning Management System (LMS) selection, function, integration & management of all third party technologies into courses; developing policies and procedures for technology management and implementation; staff supervision; and performing related work as required. This position requires some travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience as an Instructional Technologist (LMS Administrator or similar role) demonstrating close working experience with a Learning Management System is required. A Master's degree in a related field and six or more years of experience is preferred. Professional experience designing online content and experience in media content design and delivery in higher education is also preferred. Candidate must have superior customer service skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills and consultation skills.Candidacy review begins immediately and continues until appointment is made.
