Job Summary: The Wireless Kiosk Lead is a non-exempt role that will drive customer experience and sales in the wireless kiosks operating inside Costco locations. This is a full-time position designed to sell the wireless suite of services on behalf of MarketSource as an Authorized Agent of Verizon Wireless. The wireless kiosk team will be expected to serve the Costco Member by offering wireless solutions that best fit their needs while increasing sales and revenue of products and services through direct selling. The WKL will be responsible for a small team of associates driving sales productivity and customer experience.Essential Functions: Drives sales productivity for wireless products and services including responsibility for personal as well as team sales goal attainment all while delivering an excellent customer experience to Costco Members--- Cooperate with and motivate your Kiosk Retail Sales Consultants to achieve a team approach to sales and customer serviceGrow sales performance and other key metrics through sales, training, and marketing promotionsCommunicate in-store promotions, and coordinates with appropriate personnel Schedule and manage full and part time Wireless Sales Experts Positions Verizon Wireless as best in class solutions and services while creating best-in-class customer experiences supporting a selected kiosk location Assists District Manager in communication of key initiatives and recommendations. Acts as a conduit for inclusive and efficient district-wide communication Always represents MarketSource and our Verizon relationship in a professional manner Supervisory or Management Responsibility/Decision-Making Level: Develops and manages positive business relationships with retail store leadership and employees where wireless kiosks are locatedManages and tracks progress against kiosk goals and sales planCommunicates progress and opportunities with District Manager and MarketSource leadership Serves as a point-of-contact for business consultationServes as a point of escalation for questions or issues including individual member issues Partners with MarketSource leadership, ensuring correct product mix, including but not limited to: Ensuring proper merchandising at locations, including brand compliance and kiosk appearance Increasing visibility of wireless products and servicesInvolved with kiosk personnel recruiting, candidate selection, interviewing, and corrective coaching of subordinate positions in coordination with MarketSource HR and District Manager when necessary. Partner with District Manager regarding hiring and termination decisions. Responsible for evaluation and performance reviews of subordinate positions in concert with the District Manager.
