Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of expertise in general liability defense litigation, medical malpractice, construction accidents, commercial, personal injury, condominium, and business litigation who has: A love for litigation and the courtroom. Strong advocacy skills with a proven track record of success. A team-oriented mindset and a desire to collaborate. A commitment to excellence in client service. Ideal candidate will be able to manage cases from inception to conclusion, including conducting legal research, drafting complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery demands. Excel in taking and defending depositions. Appear at court conferences and advocate for our clients' interests. Demonstrate exceptional writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Maintain a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Work independently while contributing to our collaborative environment. Admission to the New York Bar is a must. Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Law Review or Moot Court participation is highly valued. Compensation : The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $145,000 annually. Please note that the final salary figure will be determined based on your experience, performance, and other factors. In addition to base pay, our compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package.
