Job Role: Day Shift Inbound Area Manager Days/Hours: Monday through Friday – 6:30 am – 4:00 PM Overall: Manage daily Dock Operations , leading a team of Material Handlers and clerks to achieve daily, weekly, monthly Inbound Goals. ??????? Pay Rate- $30 to $32 depending on experience Specifics: Manage a team of 6-10 Material Handlers and 1-2 Shipping/Receiving Clerks by overseeing execution, maintaining productivity measures and assigning daily tasks. Maintain the high expectations of all safety regulations such as monthly leadership walks, supporting PADC safety teams/initiatives and setting positive examples. Utilize several processing systems for daily execution including but not limited to Exacta, SAP, YMS and Opendock Daily communication using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams with colleagues, leaders and other internal partners Daily Inbound Inventory Management including aged in transits and ON DOCK inventory management Complete daily Inbound duties including but not limited to: QA requests Outgoing STO orders Unblock aisle requests Employee Daily hour tracking GPL Testing WPI Requests SOS safety checklist Build and maintain relationships with internal partners, planners, third party manufacturers, carriers and senior leaders Complete one term process improvement Guide and train Co Op students, as needed Role: Day Shift Inbound Area Manager – PADC 1.
