full?time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Newton, NJ. Opportunities
are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most
operations east of I?35. We provide steady freight, reliable home
time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits
package that begins on day one. We hire experienced drivers and
recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for
qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction. What
we offer: Stable W2 employment with year?round freight and
consistent work Competitive compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per
week, paid by direct deposit every Friday; exact pay depends on
experience and route Fully paid training: three? to five?week
program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement
Safety and performance bonus opportunities Regular home time:
weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment Late?model
equipment: assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors

policies; paid orientation Typical day on the job: Safely operate a
Class A tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules
Haul no?touch dry van freight, with approximately 70%
drop?and?hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage
schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments Maintain accurate
ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs Communicate professionally with
dispatch, customers, and team members Perform daily pre?trip and
post?trip inspections Who we are looking for: Valid Class A CDL
Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates considered if they
have at least 120 hours of training Satisfactory driving record and
strong safety focus Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment
