Job Description:
Republic Services, Inc., a leader in the U.S non-hazardous solid
waste and recycling sector, is seeking experienced CDL B Drivers to
join our team. Known for our iconic blue trucks, we are dedicated
to maintaining top-tier customer service standards while ensuring
efficient waste collection and recycling processes. This role
requires skillful operation of class B vehicles, adherence to
safety regulations, and a strong commitment to environmental
sustainability. Operate class B vehicles for waste and recyclable
collections efficiently. Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle
inspections to ensure functionality and safety. Adhere to company
guidelines and local traffic laws. Record and maintain log of
pickups and deliveries. Provide stellar customer service by
interacting courteously with clients. Report any issues or
accidents immediately to management. Assist in the loading and
unloading of materials from trucks. Proficient in operating heavy
vehicles, particularly class B trucks. Strong understanding of
traffic laws and safety protocols. Ability to perform physical
tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent navigation skills and
familiarity with local routes. Good communication and interpersonal
