Job Description:

WestRock, a leader in innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, seeks a skilled Flexo Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The Flexo Operator will handle the set-up, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses to ensure high-quality printing on packaging materials. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for enhancing client brand efficacy and customer experience across various sectors. The ideal candidate will be experienced in flexographic printing, committed to safety standards, and a team player dedicated to operational excellence. Operate flexographic printing presses and related equipment with expertise. Set up the printing press and make necessary adjustments for optimal operation. Monitor the quality of output to ensure adherence to WestRock's high standards. Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on machines. Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and efficiency metrics. Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines in all processes. Proficiency in operating flexographic printing presses. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to read and understand job orders and technical specifications. Attention to detail for quality control. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
