Job Description WHAT WE'RE DOING The Maritime Systems (MS)
Portfolio is responsible for building MH-60R Helicopters for
multiple customers domestically and internationally, as well as
maintenance and sustainment of the fleet. As we enter critical

ensure mission success THE WORK The Maritime Systems (MS) Program
Operations Manager is expected to assist in key Program Operations
projects for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Development and
Production Program. Additionally, responsibilities include
oversight and management of the operational aspects of ongoing
projects and serves as liaison between Operations, project
management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews
status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares
status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to
meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and
objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and
for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line
managers, and clients. Manage earned value and production metrics
for Operations labor performance Support Executive level meetings
and serve as deputy to Senior Manager. WHO WE ARE Lockheed Martin

Program Operations Manager for the USCG Program you will play a
pivotal role in driving performance for the USCG MH-60R that will
support all phases of the program from initial start up,
integration of key USCG requirements into production, through the
complete manufacturing build and delivery to the customer. You will
serve as the key liaison between Program Management and Operations
and will lead a cross functional team of Production, Quality,
Manufacturing Engineering, Material Logistics, and Supply Chain to
ensure delivery of USCG aircraft on cost, schedule, and technical

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations
management, industrial engineering, supply chain management)
•Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with time spent in
Operations, Supply Management and Programs a plus • Strong
knowledge of operations and program management principles,
practices, and tools, including production planning, scheduling,
and control, CAM, Earned Value, Risk & Opps • Proven experience in
managing complex production programs. Desired skills • Excellent
written and verbal communication skills • Strong working knowledge
of Microsoft Office • Solid organizational skills including
attention to detail and multitasking skills • Ability to work
across multiple organizations to gain stakeholder alignment and
solve complex problems. • Experience with aircraft manufacturing
and systems integration preferred • Experience with lean principles
and six sigma methodologies is desired • Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data
sets and develop effective solutions • Creative, forward thinking
mindset focused on transforming the business for future success. •
Experience with orchestrating cost and schedule recovery plans on
red programs. • Proposal experience, writing and coordinating BOEs

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending

$128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary
