• Make outbound scripted calls to customers
  • Receive inbound service calls
    • Log customer information and purify customer database
      • Meet and exceed daily goals/metrics**Requirements:
        • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
          • 3-6 months of previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related field
            • Strong written and verbal communication skills
              • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
                • Must be process-driven, coachable, and trainable
                  • Energetic and enthusiastic
