Job Description:
Healthcare Training Institute is a career school in Union New
Jersey that offers allied health programs to communities since
1998. HTI is currently seeking a highly goal oriented and highly
motivated admissions representative to expand our admissions
department. The Admissions Representative is providing detailed
information to prospective applicants so they have the opportunity
to make an informed decision about the program in which they intend
to enroll. Admissions Representative Candidate should have enough
life experience to assess prospective students' needs and interests
into their desired program objectives. The candidate should be
self-motivated and independent with good moral character. The
admission representative must have a strong communication,
chatting, recruiting, fast typing and closing sale skills.
Admissions Representative Candidate must have a history of
successfully enrolling prospective students in career/vocation
programs both online and in person classes. The programs are allied
health based. Job Requirements: -Extensive outreach to inquiries
through phone calls, chat, email, text and mail correspondence with
the prospective students - Adheres to HTI guidelines, accreditor
standards, and code of conducts when communicating with all
prospective students - Inputs all activity into Lead mailbox in a
timely and accurate manner - Held accountable to daily expectations
of appointment setting or prospective student contacts -
Assertively be engaged with prospective students, in high schools
or in school, in order to meet your individual objectives. -
Recruit new students for the allied health programs. - Generate
personally developed leads on weekly basis 2. -Interviewing:
Duties: - Accurately and compliantly communicates the school
features and program information to prospective students. -
Conducts in-person or over the phone interviews and tours (if
applicable) of the school with prospective students in order to
evaluate the students' interests, career goals, needs, and
motivations. - Held accountable to daily expectations of
interviewing prospective students. - Assists students with
enrolling in programs offering the best fit. - Maintains contact
with newly enrolled students, as necessary, to remove and or assist
them with removing obstacles that could interfere with starting
class. - Provide assistant to prospective students in completing
enrollment process, scheduling FA appointment, finishing all
paperwork requirements, and getting started in school. 3. -Follow
Up. Duties: - Participates in regular follow-up activities such as
follow-up contacts, orientation, open houses, etc. In accordance
with appropriate follow-up cadence. - Maintains a cooperative and
collaborative relationship with all departments to ensure a
positive outcome for the student. - Promptly submits required daily
reports, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports to
administration. - Held accountable to daily expectations of
applicant or new student follows up 4. -Inquiry/Lead Generation:
Duties: - Develops creative approaches to generate and develop
inquiries and new leads. - Participates in events (if applicable)
to reach prospective students, and enhance the overall visibility
and image of the school. - Actively seeks to develop referrals from
graduates for the school. Job Requirements at minimum: I.
-Education: High School Diploma is required. II. -Competencies:
Admission Rep must (be) able to: - Project a professional image and
provide outstanding customer service - Strong verbal and written
communication skills - Organize and execute around multiple
priorities - Schedule appointments and interview prospective
students - Close and follow up with students - Keep commitments,
meet deadlines and achieve demanding results - Motivate others to
act, to include overcoming objections and resistance to change -
Speak effectively to both large and small groups of people -
Prepare and conduct effective presentations - Demonstrate excellent
listening skills, to include listening not only for content but for
motive - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to
prepare and maintain records, correspondence, reports and other
data - Work days and some evenings and Saturdays if/when required.
- Ensure leads are entered and any follow-up/communication with
prospective students and/or parents to answer their questions or
support the successful admissions/recruitment process. III. -Mental
Requirements: This job requires the ability to read, recall, write
and understand information. This job also requires the ability to
work under moderate pressure and to manage multiple tasks
concurrently IV. -Transportation: This job requires a reliable
transportation.
