Description:We have an immediate opening for a Monitoring Associate. Various schedules are available including part-time and full-time shifts in the Morning and Evening.This position starts at $18 an hour plus performance incentives.Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Monitoring Associate, you will help customers all over the country.Responsibilities Listen to customers' questions and concerns and help them find the right solutions Become part of an amazing team where you can do what you love every day Deal with high-profile customers/elite clientele. Provide the highest possible standard of customer service. Proof of COVID - 19 Vaccination RequiredRequirements: A strong desire to help others 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment Comfort using a computer and modern technology Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented
