Description:Account CoordinatorUNION, NJLifeStation is seeking
an Account Coordinator with a genuine desire to help others and a
track-record in client success, building relationships and
communications. As an Account Coordinator on our Client Support
team, you will communicate directly with clients, primarily through
email and phone, and work closely with our internal Account
Management, Claims and Customer Service teams to ensure a flawless
relationship between LifeStation and our clients. If you are
passionate about delivering outstanding support and delighting
clients at every turn, this is the role for you.What You Will Be
Doing:Foster and grow relationships with our partners, offer
personalized service and support them in their goal of providing
exceptional care to their membersOperate as the lead point person
for client relationshipsSupport LifeStation clients and liaise with
Client Operations and Account Management to ensure client
successRegularly review client escalations to ensure their timely
resolution, and proactively identify ongoing issues with internal
support teamsAssist new clients with their account onboarding,
ensuring that clients are realizing their objectives. Help them
measure their success by understanding trends on the account and
providing timely and relevant data and reports.What's In It For

InsuranceRequirements:Requirements:3+ years of experience in
customer service, client success or account managementOutstanding
verbal and written communication skills, in person and on the
phoneYou thrive in a team-based environmentYou have a passion to
help othersYou possess creative problem-solving skillsAbility to
establish and grow meaningful relationships with clients and
colleaguesComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic
environmentBachelor's degree required
