Invite a friend Job Description: Our client, located in King of
Prussia, PA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Communications Coordinator to support their communications and
marketing initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent
graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience
in content development, digital communications, event promotion,
and brand messaging! The Communications Coordinator will assist in
executing communication strategies, managing digital content,
supporting events, and helping ensure consistent messaging across
all platforms. This is a permanent, full-time position, working w
hybrid schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Responsibilities :
Content Development & Editing Draft and edit content for
newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and social media
posts Assist in developing marketing materials, including
one-pagers, presentations, and announcements Proofread materials to
ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging Digital &
Social Media Support Schedule and publish social media content
across platforms Monitor engagement and track basic analytics
Assist with website updates and content management Email &
Newsletter Support Support development and distribution of email
campaigns Track performance metrics and provide summary reports
Event Communications Assist with promotional materials for events,
webinars, and programs Support pre- and post-event communications
Coordinate logistics related to marketing materials and attendee
communications Administrative & Team Support Organize digital
assets and files Provide general support to the communications and
marketing team Experience and Skills: Requirements : Bachelor’s
degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism,
or related field Internship or one to two years of relevant
experience in communications or marketing Strong written and verbal
communication skills Excellent attention to detail and
organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google
Workspace Ability to attend occasional work events that take place
in the evening hours Preferred : Familiarity with social media
platforms and email marketing tools Basic knowledge of Adobe
Creative Suite, or similar design tools Experience with website
content management systems Key Competencies: Strong writing and
editing ability Time management and ability to manage multiple
projects Collaborative team player Willingness to learn and adapt
in a fast-paced environment Professional judgement and
discretion
