Job Description:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), full time and part time
positions available in Middlesex County and Union County,
NJ.Behavior Interventions has been a regional leader in ABA
services for over fifteen years. We are dedicated to developing new

40% increase in team members over the past 4 years.We have created
a collaborative and supportive environment for our Board Certified
Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop their behavior analytic skills
in Behavioral Health. This includes regular individual supervision
with our leadership team members, participation in team meetings,
and opportunities to engage in behavior analytic research and
discussion.All of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
positions have a complete employment package for both full-time and
part-time roles.Responsibilities (BCBA):
- Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the
science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
- Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure
continued success of families served, treatment team, employees and
organization as a whole.
- Engages in professional development activities and supports the
professional development of Behavior Interventions' team members
through approved supervision activities.Qualifications (BCBA):
- BCBA certification
- Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants)
- Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for
children and adolescents
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication
skills
- Willingness to see families in the evenings (3-4 nights/week),
travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings:
