Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the forecasting and reporting functions of the FP&A team. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating financial statements, forecasting revenues and costs, and performing various ad-hoc financial analyses. The analyst will work closely with the FP&A Manager, senior leadership, and other departments to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Create and maintain financial statements including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows
  
  
• 
  Perform financial forecasting and track operational metrics
  
  
• 
  Analyze financial data and build financial models to support business decisions
  
  
• 
  Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend process or performance improvements
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
  
  
• 
  Prepare financial performance reports and variance analyses for leadership review
  
  
• 
  Partner with internal technology teams to develop standard and customized reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
  
  
• 
  Build Excel tools and templates from scratch (not using pre-made formats)
  
  
• 
  Use advanced Excel functions such as INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
  
  
• 
  Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
    
    
  • 
    3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar quantitative role
    
    
  • 
    Advanced Excel skills required, including the ability to create models and reports from scratch
    
    
  • 
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    
    
  • 
    Ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
