Job Title: Business Execution Consultant
Position type: Full-time Contract(W2)
Duration: 6 Months contract w/ extensions
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 wfh)

As a Business Execution Consultant, you will:

Support and enhance the Supervisory Framework through quality assurance (QA) of processes defined in WSPs.
Conduct audits to identify gaps and opportunities for harmonizing supervisor processes.
Define requirements to improve evidencing of supervisory activities and controls.
Design, develop, and implement monitoring controls and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Analyze data components relevant to control activities and automate where feasible.
Perform control activities during Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations and escalate exceptions in partnership with business units.
Communicate control findings, develop reports, and deliver training to staff on new or improved controls.
Maintain and update standard procedures and controls related to supervision standards.
Collaborate with 2nd Line of Defense Compliance teams to review Market Conduct Supervision procedures.
Generate ad-hoc reports to communicate control outcomes and key metrics.


The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Business Execution Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience.
Proven experience with WSPs and control/audit processes.
Good understanding of risk management, control evaluation, and QA testing.
Knowledge of trade regulations and supervisory frameworks.
Analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with middle office operations and trading products (not required but a plus).
Familiarity with MS Office platforms (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Consulting experience is advantageous.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $65-$70per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
