Sales Trainee Management Trainee Sales Executive Sales Representative Account Executive Business Development Inside Sales Outside Sales Marketing _.

My client is a vertically-integrated supplier of polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, chlor-alkali, EDC and other olefins products with an immediate opening for Sales Representative Trainees for their career-track employee development program.

Trainees shall:

*** Develop a clear understanding of how each function supports overall company strategy through internships within each functional area.

*** Become knowledgeable in full polyolefin product lines, including targeted market segments.

*** Research competitor product lines, develop analysis of key competitor strengths and weaknesses, and compile tables comparing company products to competitive grades.

*** Assist identification of primary market segments and key customers for Sales & Marketing, and qualify leads for review with appropriate account manager,

*** Spend time in the field shadowing territory managers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

*** 4 year college degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.

*** Strong customer service and researching skills.

*** Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are required.

*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*** Travel up to 50% may be required.
